DCA Roofing has developed a wonderful relationship with a local grocer. We were able to remove all of the ballasted rock from the roof and install a mechanically fastened 50 mil PVC membrane. Like with most grocery stores, there was a lot of rooftop equipment and penetrations to address. Fortunately the roof system includes pre-fabricated boots and skirts which made installation a breeze. The owner is looking forward to the reduction of energy costs this summer due to the make-up and reflectivity this particular roof system has to offer. Have questions about this project?
